Role Description This is a full-time remote role located in jharkhand and bihar.The role involves driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing innovative strategies to meet revenue targets. We are going to hire the right candidates for different divisions of bihar and jharkhand as - Ranchi, jamshedpur,dhanbad,Deoghar,patna,chapra,bhagalpur and Purnia. Candidates must be ready to join immediately. Candidates must have online and ofline read generation capacity,team building capacity, team reading capacity, target orientation approach. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyze market trends and competitors Strategic thinking and goal-oriented mindset Experience in the education sector is a plus Masters degree in Business Administration with 2 years of experience.
