Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager (North India, ex-Delhi NCR) Industry: Medical Devices – Diabetic Foot Care & Physiotherapy Base Location: Chandigarh / Jaipur / Lucknow / Any major North India city (excluding Delhi NCR) About the Role We’re looking for a young, hungry, and sharp Business Development Executive/Manager to drive our expansion across North India (except Delhi NCR). This is a field-heavy role where travel, distributor management, and high-quality product demonstrations are the heart of the work. Ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who enjoys being on the ground and can influence doctors, clinics, and distributors through strong communication and solid demo skills. Key Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and manage distributors in Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana (NCR excluded) Push and motivate distributors to deliver month-on-month sales results Travel across assigned states as per a planned monthly schedule Conduct clear, confident, and high-quality product demonstrations for physiotherapists, diabetologists, rehab centers, and institutions Perform basic clinical and technical training when required Build strong relationships with medical practitioners and distributor owners Track field activities, gather competitor insights, and share updates regularly Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and installations Achieve sales targets across assigned territories Key Requirements 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (medical devices preferred) Strong communication, presentation, and demo delivery skills High energy, self-driven, and comfortable handling multi-state responsibilities Willingness to travel extensively Ability to take ownership of distributor performance and market development Quick learner with a positive, problem-solving attitude What We Offer High-growth opportunity to build North India markets Training on advanced medical technologies Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives
