Business Analyst

You will not just create reports—you will influence key decisions and help shape the future growth of the company.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do (High-Impact Role)

• Analyze sales, margins, product and customer performance
• Build clear, visual dashboards (Google Sheets / Excel / Power BI / Tableau)
• Track production efficiency, lead times, rejections, scrap, and bottlenecks
• Identify high-profit vs low-profit customers and products
• Forecast demand and support capacity planning
• Monitor cash flow, payment delays, receivables, inventory movement
• Provide strategic recommendations to management for growth and cost control
• Present insights in a clear, decision-focused format (not just data dumps)

Additional Responsibilities

• Work closely with leadership to understand business goals
• Streamline data collection and reporting processes
• Improve visibility across sales, operations, production, and finance
• Help build a culture of data-driven decision-making
• Challenge existing processes and suggest smarter, more efficient approaches

Qualifications

• Think commercially and understand business logic, not just data
• Have experience in

  manufacturing / B2B / supply chain / operations

  (preferred)
• Are strong in analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving
• Can turn raw data into clear insights and strategic recommendations
• Communicate confidently with leadership and stakeholders
• Are proactive, curious, and eager to build systems from scratch

Skills

• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Slicers, Automation)
• Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio (bonus but preferred)
• Strong knowledge of business metrics (profit, margin, cash flow, efficiency)
• Ability to design dashboards and reports that drive decisions
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Experience

• 2+ years in Business Analysis / Data Analytics / Operations Analytics
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial B2B environment is a major plus
• Experience presenting insights to senior management

Education (Flexible)

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, Economics, MBA, or similar
• Certifications in Data Analytics / Power BI / Business Analysis are a bonus
