15 years full time educationSummary: We are seeking a Senior Manager – Advisory Led Delivery Transformation with 12+ years of experience in IT Strategy and Technology Consulting. The role demands a strong blend of advisory and delivery capabilities, with proven expertise in driving large-scale transformation programs across industries. The ideal candidate will have deep exposure to enterprise technology landscapes, emerging AI-driven operating models, with the ability to shape and deliver strategic roadmaps for clients at the CXO level. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead IT Strategy & Technology Consulting (TC) engagements across domains such as: o Digital & Data Strategy (DDS) o Automation Consulting o Enterprise Architecture (EA) & Application Portfolio Rationalization (APR) o Application Decommissioning o Enterprise Tools Strategy o ITSM Advisory o Infrastructure & Cloud Strategy (ICS) o Platform Consulting o Information Security (IS)
- Develop, Shape & Execute Enterprise IT Strategy by evaluating business value, technology maturity, industry benchmarks, and risk assessments.
- Build detailed execution plans, cost to achieve and target architecture blueprint
- Build business cases and financial models (including cost-benefit analysis and implementation roadmaps) to prioritize and drive client initiatives.
- Advise clients on AI strategy—including Generative AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation covering readiness assessment, governance, ethics, adoption frameworks, and integration into IT and business strategy.
- Consult on agentic operating models leveraging autonomous systems to enhance enterprise decision-making, process efficiency, and transformation outcomes.
- Drive and manage high-value consulting engagements across geographies, ensuring stakeholder alignment, CXO-level conversations, and delivery excellence.
- Provide strategic advisory and delivery oversight in Enterprise Architecture, Application Strategy, Application Rationalization/Decommissioning, IT4IT-aligned transformations, and Service Management optimization.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of IT Operating Models, EA practices, and cross-industry technology landscapes Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in IT/Digital Strategy, Tech Consulting, CIO Advisory, Enterprise Architecture and Application Rationalization, Enterprise Tools Strategy, Service Management Advisory within reputed consulting firms or equivalent environments.
- Expertise in creating detailed execution plans, cost to achieve estimations and target architecture blueprints
- Hands-on expertise in application portfolio assessment, decommissioning, and modernization across industry domains.
- Exposure to AI strategy consulting, including business adoption, governance, and operating model integration.
- Understanding of agentic models/autonomous systems in enterprise and industry contexts.
- Strong knowledge of data management, analytics, business intelligence, and enterprise IT systems.
- Exposure to leading platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, Salesforce (SFDC) preferred.
- Recognized certifications in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF), IT4IT, Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2), Cloud, Data & Analytics, Automation are highly desirable.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence CXOs, senior business leaders, and multi-level stakeholders across geographies.
- Exceptional communication, articulation, and presentation skills—able to translate complex technology into clear business language.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities, ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to drive collaboration across client and internal teams, balancing strategic priorities with execution excellence.
