We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with 1–3 years of experience in the BFSI domain to join our Clients team at their New Delhi office. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business operations, digital platforms, and technology — driving efficiency, process improvements, and data-led decision-making within our stock-broking ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business operations, digital platforms, and technology — driving efficiency, process improvements, and data-led decision-making within our stock-broking ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements across trading, broking operations, and wealth management functions.
• Map and optimize key processes — account onboarding, KYC/DP operations, trade execution, margin management, and settlements.
• Support new product and platform initiatives (e.g., brokerage plan launches, digital trading enhancements).
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as digital account openings, AUM growth, and trading volumes.
• Partner with IT, product, and compliance teams to deliver business solutions aligned with SEBI and exchange regulations.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis in the broking/wealth domain to recommend data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Commerce.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in BFSI, preferably in stock-broking or wealth management.

Required Skills

• Experience in business analysis within the BFSI sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with stock-broking and wealth management processes.
• Knowledge of SEBI regulations and compliance.
