Job Description :
Key Responsibilities
● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document businessrequirements.● Create comprehensive Use Cases, User Stories, SRS/BRDs.● Design workflow diagrams, process maps, and data flow diagrams to visualizerequirements and processes.● Conduct functional, API, and integration testing for system validation.● Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze data and support decision-making.● Use MS Excel to build reports, perform analysis, and summarize insights.● Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth projectexecution.● Perform gap analysis and suggest process improvements.● Participate in project planning, sprint reviews, and daily stand-ups.● Prepare user manuals, training materials, and support UAT activities.● Maintain proper documentation for audits and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Have experience as a Business Analyst in a software/product-based environment.
● Strong experience in writing Use Cases, SRS, and BRDs.● Proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, aggregations).● Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts, etc.).● Practical experience in API testing (Postman, Swagger, etc.).● Experience in integration/system testing with knowledge of RESTful APIs.● Proficiency in tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Visio for flow diagrams.● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.● Highly organized, confident, positive, and self-driven.● Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and problem-solving.
