Job Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and continuously refine pricing strategies, forecasts, and rate plans for new and existing vacation rental homes.
• Analyze occupancy trends, booking windows, competitor rates, seasonality, and market demand to optimize nightly rates and maximize RevPAR (Revenue per Available Rental).
• Use dynamic pricing tools like PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing, or Wheelhouse to manage daily rate adjustments across the portfolio.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify revenue opportunities and recommend changes to pricing rules, minimum stay policies, and discount structures.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards for leadership, providing insights on booking pace, ADR (Average Daily Rate), occupancy %, and revenue forecasts.
• Participate in marketing and business strategy meetings to align pricing decisions with campaigns, promotions, and occupancy goals.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with data-driven revenue projections.
• Stay informed on economic indicators, hospitality industry trends, and competitor strategies to keep pricing competitive and forward-looking.
• Collaborate with property managers, marketing, and business development teams to ensure pricing strategies align with broader company objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or a similar role
• Experience in the hospitality/travel industry is a plus
• Direct experience with dynamic pricing tools like PriceLabs or similar platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or BI tools
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable strategies that balance revenue growth with occupancy goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across operations, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing market conditions and priorities.
