Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong technical understanding of React, Node.js, Laravel, and PHP to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams in a service-based environment, ensuring clear requirements, efficient delivery, and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and development teams
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement prioritization
• Conduct UAT support, validate deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals
• Identify process improvements and recommend technology solutions
• Support pre-sales activities, requirement estimations, and client presentations

Technical & Functional Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze applications built using React, Node.js, Laravel, and PHP
• Collaborate with developers to clarify technical feasibility and solution design
• Review API workflows, data models, and application logic
• Assist in defining integration requirements and system workflows
• Support debugging, issue analysis, and change requests
• Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, and security requirements

Required Skills:Business & Analytical Skills:

• Strong experience in business analysis for service-based projects
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements

Technical Skills:

• Good understanding of React.js (components, state management, hooks)
• Working knowledge of Node.js (REST APIs, middleware, backend workflows)
• Experience with Laravel framework and PHP
• Understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with API integrations, third-party services, and authentication mechanisms
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in IT services / consulting companies
• Exposure to UI/UX concepts and wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, etc.)
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• Prior client-facing experience with international customers
