Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Analyst with 2 - 4 years of experience to independently own reporting, SLA tracking, and automation initiatives across operations, finance, support, sales, and product teams. This role is critical in driving visibility, accountability, and efficiency across business-critical workflows.

You will work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand business problems, define KPIs, and build scalable dashboards, alerts, and automations.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Problem Understanding

• Deeply understand business and operational workflows across supplier ops, inventory, pricing, bookings, finance, and support
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear metrics, dashboards, and automation logic

Reporting & Analytics

• Own end-to-end reporting using Apache Superset for multiple business verticals
• Write complex SQL queries to analyze performance, trends, and anomalies
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clear metric definitions
• Create leadership-ready dashboards with actionable insights

KPI, SLA & Alerts

• Define KPIs and SLAs in partnership with Product, Ops, and Leadership
• Build automated triggers and alerts for SLA breaches, delays, and exceptions
• Track ongoing performance and recommend process or system improvements

Automation & Integration

• Design and implement automations using Google Sheets, Apps Script, and workflows
• Integrate third-party tools using APIs and webhooks
• Reduce manual effort through data-driven and system-driven automation

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, Ops, Finance, Support, Sales, and Engineering teams
• Act as the go-to person for business reporting, data questions, and insights
• Support data needs for new product launches and process changes

Mandatory Skills & Tools

• Strong SQL expertise (complex joins, subqueries, performance optimization)
• Hands-on experience with Apache Superset / Power BI / Tableau (dashboards, charts, filters, datasets)
• Advanced Google Sheets skills and Apps Script automation
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
• Strong understanding of business processes and operational metrics

Good to Have

• Experience with web scraping and external data ingestion
• Exposure to LLM-based tools, prompt design, or AI workflow automation
• Experience with sentiment analysis, text analytics, or support data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹562,363.16 - ₹1,080,960.49 per year
