Chartered Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant with experience in team management and financial reconciliation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, leading a team, ensuring accurate reconciliations, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage financial reporting, audits, and compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts, bank statements, and financial records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize financial processes.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Implement and improve internal controls to enhance financial accuracy.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 years of experience.
• Proven experience in team leadership and financial reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, or other relevant accounting standards.
• Prior experience in handling audits and financial due diligence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per month
