Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant with experience in team management and financial reconciliation . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, leading a team, ensuring accurate reconciliations, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage financial reporting, audits, and compliance. Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines. Perform reconciliations of accounts, bank statements, and financial records. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and company policies . Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize financial processes. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Implement and improve internal controls to enhance financial accuracy. Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 years of experience. Proven experience in team leadership and financial reconciliation . Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations . Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, or other relevant accounting standards. Prior experience in handling audits and financial due diligence.
