KOCHI, KL, IndiaApply Now!We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will play a key role in understanding client needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into effective solutions during ERP implementation and other software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different departments.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and requirements for ERP implementation and other software solutions.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions to elicit and document business requirements.
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system functionalities to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and QA testers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Create detailed requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and other artifacts to communicate requirements effectively to development teams.
Participate in system configuration, customization, and testing activities to ensure that solutions meet client needs and expectations.
Provide training and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process, including user training, system demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Conduct pre-sales demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and features of ERP and other software solutions to prospective clients.
Facilitate user acceptance testing and gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients post-implementation to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the software solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies for ERP implementation and solution delivery.
