Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 10-16 years of experience to join our team in the Recruitment / Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirement gathering, business requirements document (BRD), and stakeholder management.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective solutions.
Create comprehensive business requirements documents (BRD) that meet organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations.
Develop and maintain captive center experiences to enhance operational efficiency.
Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure successful project delivery.
Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of business analysis principles, including requirement gathering, BRD creation, and stakeholder management.
Experience in captive center operations and management is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to perform impact analysis and coordinate UAT activities.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as KYC/AML compliance, is an asset.
Process documentation skills are necessary to create clear and concise reports.
