We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can understand business needs, communicate clearly, and guide teams with confidence. The person should be aware of multiple business domains, updated with industry trends, and comfortable using modern AI tools to work smarter and faster.
What You Will Do
Communicate with teams and stakeholders to understand requirements.
Explain ideas, solutions, and project needs in clear and simple language.
Prepare documents like requirement notes, BRD/FRD, flow diagrams, and user stories.
Study business processes, identify gaps, and suggest practical improvements.
Stay updated with the latest industry practices, technology changes, and business trends.
Use modern AI-based tools for documentation, planning, wireframing, and workflow improvement
. Conduct and participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations.
Support smooth project delivery and ensure the outcome meets the expected requirements.
Key Skills We Expect
Excellent communication skills spoken and written.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability.
Knowledge of different business domains and how they work.
Experience in preparing documentation such as BRD, FRD, workflows, and process maps.
Good understanding and usage of AI tools like Figma, Make, Cursor, and other similar tools.
Updated with ongoing trends in business, technology, and digital transformation.
Clarity in communication with teams and clients.
Quality of documentation and requirements captured.
Ability to suggest workable and effective business improvements.
Smooth collaboration with stakeholders.
Timely delivery and overall impact on project outcomes
