To support the execution and optimisation of paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms, contributing to lead generation, student enrollments, and overall campaign performance through data-driven execution and continuous learning. Roles and Responsibilities (Junior PPC / Performance Marketing Executive) Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of PPC campaigns to drive brand visibility, leads, and student enrollments. Assist in setting up and managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels. Monitor campaign performance on a regular basis, tracking metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, and conversions. Support budget tracking and bid adjustments under the guidance of senior team members to ensure efficient spend and ROI. Analyze basic performance data and prepare insights to help improve campaign effectiveness. Assist in A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates. Implement audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies as directed. Maintain campaign hygiene by updating keywords, ad copies, extensions, and negative keywords. Coordinate with content and creative teams to ensure ad messaging aligns with brand and program objectives. Support campaigns focused on driving student enrollments, program inquiries, and lead generation. Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for internal reviews. Skills and Qualifications required: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably with exposure to PPC campaigns. Basic hands-on experience with Google Ads and at least one paid social platform (Facebook or LinkedIn Ads). Familiarity with performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions. Working knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn data-driven optimization. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Eagerness to learn PPC best practices, new tools, and emerging trends in digital marketing.
