As a Business Analyst, you will be a key player in the functional implementation of our ShipPalm ERP suite for new and existing clients.

You will work with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of software installation, application configuration, legacy master data migration, customer onboarding and post-implementation support. You will take ownership of complex situations, guide users to enhance the customer experience continuously.

This role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges of the Maritime industry and the ability to translate complex operational requirements into functional system configurations.

You will be required to communicate clearly in English, stay proactive and growth-oriented, and show keen interest in emerging technologies such as Generative AI.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders to map current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") business processes and identify functional gaps.

• Translate new business requirements into functional specifications and perform hands-on configuration of ShipPalm ERP modules.

• Define strategies for data migration from legacy systems, overseeing data mapping, cleansing validation, and the import process.

• Facilitate collaboration between clients and internal teams to deliver integrations with external third-party systems.

• Manage User Acceptance Testing sessions with business users, triaging issues and ensuring resolution with development teams.

• Deliver targeted training for shore users and ship crews and provide crucial on-site, remote, or vessel-based support during Go-Live periods.
