Business Analyst

The

Business Analyst – Warehouse Operations

will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing data related to warehouse performance, fulfillment, and logistics activities. This role is

site-based

and requires close collaboration with on-ground teams to ensure efficient operations across Maersk’s warehouse network, including CFS, CY, inland depots, and bonded warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from warehouse systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide real-time insights for decision-making.
• Utilize SQL and other analytical tools to extract and manage data from multiple sources.
• Support warehouse planning and execution by providing analytical input on inventory, order fulfillment, and performance metrics.
• Partner with operational teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
• Assist in developing standardized data processes and reporting frameworks to improve operational visibility.
  

Who we’re looking for:

• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of warehouse and fulfillment operations.
• Ability to work independently within defined guidelines and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse analytics is an advantage.
