Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst from the Banking domain to join our team at Stitch, Chennai. The candidate will play a key role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, bridging gaps between business and technology teams, and ensuring smooth project delivery within fintech and banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation
• Liaise with stakeholders, development, and QA teams to ensure clarity in requirements
• Work in Agile or Scrum methodology and participate in sprint planning
• Support UAT and validate deliverables against business needs
• Analyze data, prepare business reports, and support strategic decisions

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in Banking or Fintech domain
• Requirement Gathering and Documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
• Process Mapping and Gap Analysis
• Agile or Scrum Methodology
• SQL or Excel for data validation and reporting
• Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management

Good to Have:

• Experience with Digital Payments, UPI, Cards, or Lending Platforms
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Visio, Figma
• Understanding of KYC, AML, and Compliance Processes
