Job Description:

Stitch is looking for a passionate Java Spring Boot Developer with strong experience in Microservices architecture to join our team in Chennai (Chetpet). You will be working on cutting-edge solutions in the banking domain, developing scalable and secure applications that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate with banking systems and third-party services.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently.
• Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with banking standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and REST API design.
• Experience in the banking or financial services domain.
• Proficient in relational databases (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Spring Cloud ecosystem including Eureka, Ribbon, and Zuul.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.
• Agile development experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Awareness of security standards such as OWASP, PCI-DSS.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
