Job Title: Java Spring Boot Developer (Microservices) Location: Chennai, Chetpet Experience: 2 to 6 Years Domain: Banking / Financial Services Company: Stitch Joining: Immediate Job Description: Stitch is looking for a passionate Java Spring Boot Developer with strong experience in Microservices architecture to join our team in Chennai (Chetpet). You will be working on cutting-edge solutions in the banking domain, developing scalable and secure applications that drive business impact. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot . Build RESTful APIs and integrate with banking systems and third-party services. Collaborate closely with product owners, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently. Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with banking standards. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2 to 6 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot . Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and REST API design. Experience in the banking or financial services domain . Proficient in relational databases (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB). Familiarity with Spring Cloud ecosystem including Eureka, Ribbon, and Zuul. Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus. Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito. Agile development experience. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Immediate joiners preferred. Nice to Have: Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. CI/CD experience with Jenkins or GitLab CI. Awareness of security standards such as OWASP, PCI-DSS.
