About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Backend Developer with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to join our growing team at Stitch. The ideal candidate will contribute to building scalable and secure backend systems for our banking and fintech applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing backend systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software development.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, database integration (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile development processes.
• Knowledge of banking or fintech applications is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies.

Pay: ₹275,405.82 - ₹1,239,611.54 per year
