As an experienced IT systems administrator or cloud support specialist, your role will involve: - Maintaining an up-to-date IT asset inventory including hardware, software, licenses, and cloud resources. - Tracking asset allocation, movement, and decommissioning according to IT policies. - Ensuring compliance with software licensing agreements and security standards. - Managing device onboarding and offboarding using Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager. - Collaborating with the team to remediate endpoint compliance issues. Qualifications required for this role include: - 23 years of experience in IT systems administration, security, or cloud support. - Working knowledge of endpoint protection tools. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or Oracle Cloud. - Basic experience with VMware/virtualization and backup solutions. - Exposure to Active Directory, SharePoint, or O365 administration. - Understanding of networking, identity management, and security basics.
