Job Summary: - Responsible for the design, implementation, and support of enterprise IT infrastructure, with a deep focus on Microsoft-centric technologies. This includes Wintel server administration, virtualization via Hyper-V, cloud services via Azure, endpoint management via Intune and SCCM, and productivity tools via O365/M365 Design, deploy, and manage virtual machines and clusters on Hyper-V, Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and backup/recovery operations.. Lead high-availability and disaster recovery initiatives using Hyper-V Replica and Failover Clustering. Manage user accounts, licenses, mail flow, retention policies, and compliance settings. Handle identity federation and single sign-on using AAD Connect and hybrid AD. Manage user accounts, licenses, mail flow, retention policies, and compliance settings. Configure and deploy Windows Autopilot for endpoint provisioning. Monitor compliance policies, mobile device management (MDM), and mobile application management (MAM). Oversee software deployment, patch management, OS deployment (OSD), and endpoint health using SCCM. Manage IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and security hardening. Ensure infrastructure complies with internal and external security standards (ISO, GDPR, etc.). Person Profile . Qualification - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology Experience - 10-12 Yrs. Desired Skills Desired Skills & Must Have - Windows Server, Active Directory, GPOs. Hyper-V, Clustering, SAN/NAS storage, Office 365/M365 Admin Center & Security Center. Intune, Endpoint Manager, SCCM/MECM. Azure services and hybrid cloud environments. Proficiency in Windows OS deployment (11), troubleshooting, and support. Working knowledge of MDT, MECM/SCCM, and Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Experience with software packaging, patching strategies, and automated deployment. Solid understanding of Group Policy, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft Entra ID. Familiarity with mobile platforms (Android/iOS) and MDM tools. Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and root-cause analysis skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) platforms. Familiarity with security policies, compliance enforcement, and endpoint encryption (e.g., BitLocker). Understanding of ITIL processes; certification is a plus. Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge for task automation and troubleshooting.

What You Bring HBO degree in ICT or related field. 2+ years of experience in IT support or service delivery, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Windows OS, Office, Teams, Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, Exchange, Citrix, and Active Directory. Familiarity with network fundamentals and VPN troubleshooting. ITIL certification (or willingness to obtain). Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus. A customer-first mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving user experiences. Willingness to travel for training, events, and team-building activities.
