About the role The Digital Transformation Business Analyst will be a key member of the digital transformation team, responsible for driving various projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and will leverage their expertise to enhance business processes and drive innovation. Responsibilities: Digital Transformation Initiatives Lead and support digital transformation projects. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to drive efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution. Supply Chain Analytics Collect, analyze, and report supply chain metrics on a regular basis. Develop and maintain Power BI/Excel dashboards to provide insights into supply chain performance. Support strategic sourcing teams with data analytics and reporting for specific metrics and projects. Utilize automation and analytics tools to enhance reporting and drive productivity. Project Management Manage portfolio initiatives and drive execution of digital transformation projects. Coordinate with various Carrier sites and teams (Sourcing, Engineering, Quality) to capture requirements and drive actions. Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to project timelines. Basic Qualifications & Experience: 3-7 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing industries, with a focus on digital transformation, automation, and analytics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI for analytics and presentation. Basic understanding of AI concepts and their application in business processes (preferred). Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication skills to understand requirements and present data effectively. Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills as required. Master's/Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Power BI certification (preferred). Understanding of ERP systems like SAP/Oracle. Strong interpersonal skills to work in a global environment with stakeholders in different regions. High learning agility and attention to detail.
