Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Gather and analyze data to identify business opportunities and inefficiencies

· Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights

· Develop and document clear business requirements, user stories, and process flows

· Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and support decision-making

· Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or new solutions

· Support project management activities including planning, monitoring, and reporting

· Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with stakeholders

· Assist in the design and implementation of business systems and IT solutions

Required Skills Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Analyst (typically 3–5+ years)

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

· Excellent communication and documentation skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with business intelligence and data modeling tools.

· Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CCBA 2. Experience in industries like finance, insurance, telecom, or software services.
