Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and success through innovation and strategic thinking. Your main responsibilities will include: - Determining operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering relevant information, and evaluating output requirements and formats. - Constructing workflow charts and diagrams, analyzing system capabilities, and writing clear, detailed specifications. - Collaborating with stakeholders to develop analyses and documentation, ensuring effective communication across production, managerial, and executive teams. - Evaluating, analyzing, and communicating system requirements continuously, maintaining processes and preparing monthly status reports for all relevant stakeholders. - Conducting daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and promptly troubleshoot any issues. - Building strong, lasting relationships with internal partners to ensure optimized systems integration. - Providing research-backed recommendations in response to managerial and executive queries or concerns. - Performing, evaluating, and communicating thorough quality assurance checks at each stage of system development. - Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring data security to protect business operations and user confidence. - Demonstrating expertise in Agile methodologies and contributing to Agile process improvement initiatives. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred). - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. - Strong understanding of business processes, system analysis, and documentation. - Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, JIRA, or other analytics platforms. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Knowledge of Agile frameworks and project management principles.
