Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough reconciliation of data between systems, databases, and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate discrepancies or anomalies in reports and datasets, identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with data and report engineers to define report requirements, validate changes and provide feedback
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and reporting logic
  • Work with business lead to improve reporting standardization, and efficiency
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting cycles by ensuring timely and accurate data, and assisting with reconciliation during month end close period
  • Support ad hoc requests for analysis of activity related to policy management and claims processing
  • Able to generate ad-hoc data based on requirements

  • Able to extract data across the system using business intelligence tools like PoweBI as well as using SQL to extract data

Skills:

5+ years as Business/Data Analyst

Hands on experience with SQL

Experience with data reconciliation is mandatory.

Experience in Excel and Power BI skills is mandatory

Familiarity with billing, policy, and claims workflows.

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in insurance operations (policy management and claims handling)

Strong organizational and communication skills
