Business Analyst – Partner Engagement


Role Overview:


We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our Partner Engagement vertical. The role is responsible for analyzing channel partner performance, engagement metrics, incentive effectiveness, and driving actionable insights to enhance partner productivity, retention, and contribution to business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain dashboards to track partner activity, conversion funnel, incentive disbursals, and engagement trends
  • Analyze partner behavior, identify attrition risks, and flag underperformance proactively
  • Deep-dive into partner acquisition and activation data to optimize onboarding and early success
  • Track ROI of partner programs, campaigns, and training interventions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Finance) to enable smooth data flow and reporting
  • Generate insights for improving incentive schemes, partner tiering, and channel segmentation
  • Prepare and present periodic performance reports to leadership with clear narratives and recommendations
  • A data storyteller who doesn’t just crunch numbers but connects dots, drives conversations, and thrives in collaborative environments


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in B2B, fintech, or channel-led businesses
  • Strong command over Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau etc.)
  • Proficiency in cleaning, processing, and interpreting large datasets
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and business acumen


Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to partner/channel sales models
  • Experience working in high-growth startups or performance-driven environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and incentive tracking platforms
