About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst who can work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, dashboards, and reports by leveragingstructured and unstructured data. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with multiple data sources, ensuring quick turnaround, and providing business-critical intelligence that drives decision-making. We are looking for someone who is passionate about our mission, eager to grow with us, and committed to staying with the company for at least 2–3 years.

Key Responsibilities

 Partner with leadership and teams to identify business problems and define analytical approaches.

 Gather, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple internal and external sources.

 Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools for business stakeholders.

 Translate data into clear insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes.

 Ensure timely delivery of analysis and dashboards for decision-making.

 Work with engineering/data teams to improve data availability, quality, and automation.

 Continuously monitor business KPIs and highlight trends, anomalies, and opportunities.

 Document requirements, business rules, and processes to ensure alignment across teams.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related field.

 2–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst / Data Analyst role, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.

Technical Skills

 Strong proficiency in SQL and data wrangling.

 Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).

 Comfort with unstructured data analysis (e.g., text, logs, survey data).

 Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

 Familiarity with Python or R for analytics is a plus.

 Understanding of databases, APIs, and ETL processes.
