Job Description: As a Technical Business Analyst with expertise in London Market Insurance, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of insurance technology. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. - Leading workshops and interviews to identify process improvement opportunities. - Translating business needs into functional specs, user stories, and data models. - Supporting UAT planning & execution with test case design and defect management. - Driving data migration, cleansing, and integration during system implementations. - Contributing to the transition from legacy to modern PAS platforms. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and data governance standards.
