Roles and Responsibilities Create target solution architecture for modernization and transformation initiatives comprising of core insurance platforms. Work with Business and IT stakeholders in seeking approvals for the proposed architecture Design and architect cost effective solutions and at the same time meeting key business requirements and timelines Select, Architect and optimize the solution using cloud (AWS as preferred) services as required Work with various IT teams to make sure the proposed design is implemented with no deviations Accountable for removing any technical impediments that may arise on the proposed solution Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner Key Qualifications 12+ years experience in a large IT organization with strong insurance background, with a minimum of 3-5 years in solution design and architect role. Experience on Policy admin systems is preferred Strong Experience with Ingenium Experience in leading modernization and digital transformation projects Experience in integrating On premise applications to Cloud infrastructure Good understanding of security requirements and infrastructure design Proven experience in using Agile approach for development with frequent sprints for business benefits realization. Experience in leading the design and/or development of solutions with a virtual team in remote locations. Strong appreciation and proven achievement in selecting appropriate tools for platform delivery. Good understanding of the Financial Services industry at the regional level is preferred. Industry experience for Individual Life, Asset Management, Pension and Group Business is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage conversations at all levels of senior management.

Genpact Inviting Applications for Process Associate/Process Developer (Policy Admin) - Gurgaon In this role the person will be Responsible for ensuring that premium payment on different billing modes and methods are in place by the time that the premium is due to keep the policy inforce and review reinstatement application forms for lapse policies. Has working knowledge to proficient product knowledge on basic work types. Responsibilities Review, analyze, interpret and validate non-complex billing and/or commissions work Gather applicable data, calculate, prepare and complete accounting which includes Journal Entries Summarize, adjust and balance and client premium statements and payments using excel to ensure accurate input on the administration systems Allocate client premium payments accurately and in a timely manner on the applicable administration systems Support suspense management and all financial reporting and investigation processes which may include providing direction on coding of adjustments and/or completion of required coding on applicable admin system/s Validate premiums in preparation for client renewals Reconcile financial statements to the ASO Billing system Interact with the Client, Underwriters, RGOs and other CFS Staff to understand the clients requirements or to resolve any billing/payment related issues including outstanding payment, billing issues Managing of non-complex inquiries coming from the client and/or different departments within Group Benefits Consistently achieving established service commitments including both individual productivity/quality goals and service standards as defined by the department's clients Other tasks/responsibilities as assigned/required Qualifications We seek in you!
