Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. Your role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, translating business needs into clear functional specifications, and ensuring successful delivery of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients and internal teams to

  gather and analyze business requirements

• Translate business problems into

  functional and technical specifications

• Create

  process flows, wireframes, user stories

  , and use cases
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams
• Assist in solution design, and participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming
• Perform

  UAT coordination

  , feedback consolidation, and issue resolution support
• Identify opportunities for

  process improvement

  and automation

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience as a

  Business Analyst

  in IT or SaaS environments
• Strong understanding of

  SDLC

  ,

  Agile

  , and

  Scrum

  methodologies
• Ability to write clear and concise

  BRDs

  ,

  FRDs

  , and user stories
• Familiarity with tools like

  JIRA

  ,

  Confluence

  ,

  Figma

  , or

  Lucidchart

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Exposure to

  data analytics

  SQL

• Experience in domains such as

  finance, healthcare, logistics, or HR tech

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus
