Business Analyst

Business Analysis & Requirements

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for Temenos modules.
• Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and Temenos functionalities.
• Support creation of BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flows.

Temenos (T24/Transact) Functional Expertise

• Configure, customise, and validate Temenos modules (e.g., AA, Deposits, Lending, Payments, Funds Transfer, Customer, Limits & Collateral).
• Work with Temenos consultants/developers to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
• Review Temenos parameterisation and assist in functional testing.

Project Delivery

• Support SIT, UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technology, vendors, QA, and operations.
• Participate in core banking upgrades, enhancements, and migration activities.
• Assist in data mapping, migration validation, and reconciliation.

Documentation & Governance

• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, training materials, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and risk requirements.

Key Skills & Experience

• 3–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with

• Experience with modules such as AA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, Treasury, or Customer.
• Understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in writing BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and data requirements.
• Experience in full SDLC, including testing and implementation.
• SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Temenos certification
• Experience with Temenos upgrade or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of APIs, integration, and digital channels is a plus.
• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
