Business Analysis & Requirements Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders across business and technology teams. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for Temenos modules. Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and Temenos functionalities. Support creation of BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flows. Temenos (T24/Transact) Functional Expertise Configure, customise, and validate Temenos modules (e.g., AA, Deposits, Lending, Payments, Funds Transfer, Customer, Limits & Collateral). Work with Temenos consultants/developers to ensure solutions align with business requirements. Review Temenos parameterisation and assist in functional testing. Project Delivery Support SIT, UAT planning, execution, and defect management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technology, vendors, QA, and operations. Participate in core banking upgrades, enhancements, and migration activities. Assist in data mapping, migration validation, and reconciliation. Documentation & Governance Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, training materials, and operational procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and risk requirements. Key Skills & Experience 3–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services. Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Temenos T24/Transact . Experience with modules such as AA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, Treasury, or Customer. Understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements. Proficient in writing BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and data requirements. Experience in full SDLC, including testing and implementation. SQL knowledge is an advantage. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Temenos certification Experience with Temenos upgrade or transformation projects. Knowledge of APIs, integration, and digital channels is a plus. Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
