Job Description

About the Role

Business Analyst (Fintech)

Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and clients.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations.
Support product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
Assist in creating wireframes, user stories, workflows, and process maps.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data security, and risk management standards.
Coordinate with clients to understand fintech product requirements such as payments, lending, digital banking, or wealth management solutions.
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support quality assurance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
Strong understanding of fintech domains such as payments, digital banking, lending, wealth management, or blockchain.
Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Balsamiq).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (KYC, AML, PCI DSS, etc.) is an advantage.
