Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team at RARR Technologies. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of OneInc Billing and Payment systems.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze customer requirements and perform testing to meet those requirements.
Create and maintain test documentation and develop test plans to ensure the product meets customer requirements.
Provide technical support to internal and external customers on the product.
Analyze customer feedback and test product enhancements and new features.
Proactively identify and recommend product improvements to ensure customer success.
Participate in product strategy discussions and represent the product in customer meetings.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of SQL and other programming languages is required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working closely with the development team.
