Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 5-8 years of experience in the Life Annuity Insurance domain to work closely with business users and drive project success. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal communication skills, be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess critical thinking abilities.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into solution designs.
Coordinate with developers to deliver solutions that meet user expectations.
Participate in requirements elicitation sessions with Business SMEs to understand user stories and functional testing scenarios.
Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications.
Manage the entire project lifecycle, including testing developed solutions to ensure they meet requirements and expectations.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Life Annuity Insurance domain.
Knowledge of core PAS and experience working with business users.
Experience in Core Policy modules such as new business policy administration, claims, and integration with peripheral systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Critical thinking and logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Experience working in Agile methodology.
Strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to map them to solution design.
