Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 6 to 11 years of experience in the insurance domain, preferably in PC Insurance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for PC insurance applications.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT teams.
Apply strong knowledge of PC insurance products, underwriting, claims policy administration, and regulatory compliance.
Evaluate the impacts of system changes on insurance operations.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within insurance workflows.
Recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors, facilitating workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure alignment across teams.
Prepare business process models, use cases, and user stories, and support QA teams in developing test plans and validating system functionality.
Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to scope.

Job Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, preferably in PC Insurance.
Familiarity with policy administration systems, claims platforms, and insurance data models.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office.
Knowledge of Azure Dashboard is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
