BIU:Business Analyst-Customer Service Analytics

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Mumbai/Bangalore The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the Analytics domain, with at least 1 year of team leadership experience

• Develop product strategy and conduct portfolio analysis for Retail Liabilities, Insurance & Investment Products
• Create business insights through root cause analysis using quantitative/statistical tools and techniques
• Generate insights from various business initiatives and recommend actionable strategies for stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Senior Leaders, technology, strategy, and project management teams to identify growth opportunities and implement impactful projects
• Work closely with core business stakeholders to monitor portfolio performance across products, develop take-up strategies, engage customers, optimize digital activation, and enhance price optimization for revenue growth
• Manage and track key business metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Lead a team of 4-6 people in solving daily business problems

• CA/CS/CFA or an advanced degree (Master's or above) in a quantitative subject such as Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Economics, or Fice
• Critical thinking skills to conceptualize problems, draw insights, and recommend logical strategies
• Strong data handling, interpretive, and problem-solving skills with the ability to process large volumes of transaction-level data and derive actionable results
• Results-oriented attitude with a go-getter mindset
• Good project management skills while working with both internal and external partners
• High motivation level with a continuous desire for learning
• Banking Analytics experience is preferred but not mandatory for talented candidates
