Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Agile methodology and proven experience in the Pension and Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and successful delivery of business solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements in the pension and insurance domain.
Act as a Product Owner proxy in Agile squads, refining and prioritizing the backlog.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Work with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure seamless delivery of business solutions.
Analyze complex business processes and recommend automation, digitalization, and efficiency improvements.

Job Requirements

Strong expertise in Agile methodology and experience working in Agile squads.
Proven experience in the Pension and Insurance domain, with knowledge of policy administration systems, pension fund management, claims, annuity products, and insurance operations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend automation, digitalization, and efficiency improvements.
Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in the insurance and pension industry.
Experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test scenarios, validating outputs, and obtaining stakeholder sign-off.
