Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 5 to 10 years of experience in the insurance domain, specifically with Duck Creek technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance processes and workflows, as well as proficiency in Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims modules.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Duck Creek systems.
Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements.
Work closely with development teams to design and implement Duck Creek solutions.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing Duck Creek systems.
Perform system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Provide support and training to end-users on Duck Creek systems.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain with a focus on Duck Creek technologies.
Possess a strong understanding of insurance processes and workflows.
Proficiency in Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims modules is required.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools is beneficial.
Experience with system integration and data migration projects is advantageous.
PSM or equivalent certification is desirable.
Certification in Duck Creek technologies is a plus.
