Your roleWe are seeking to onboard Business Analyst Cum Scrum Master. As a Business Analyst cum Scrum Master for Data Analytics, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum ceremonies within our organisation teams work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions. You will work closely with the product development team to ensure that the work progresses following 'Agile Way of Working' with continuous improvement while delivering high quality increments.Additionally, you will serve as a team coach and mentor them – helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently. Education
Any Graduate (B.E. / B.Tech/MCA/MTech/BSc/MSc/MCS) in Engineering
with 5-9 years of experience
in Business Analyst cum Scrum Master field , projects and tools.

Skills and Experience
- Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, production, logistics, sourcing, finance etc.) to develop, analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with stakeholders.
- Evaluate, analyse, and communicate systems requirements following Atlassian Tools on a continual basis, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized integration and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
- Have knowledge/experience of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- An appreciation/understanding of the need to create good quality reporting solutions suitable for a large enterprise
- Providing informal guidance and sharing knowledge with colleagues to enable them to contribute to the team’s objectives.
- Providing customer insights as new initiatives are being identified, prioritized, implemented, and deployed.
- Helping software and data teams apply the Scrum framework.
- Planning deliverables and contribute to better team’s performance.
- Facilitate in resolving issues that hinder the teams’ work.
Must Have
- Communication skills, Conflict resolution, Facilitation, Collaboration
- Agile methodologies, Coaching, Mentoring, Project management, Scrum Ceremonies
Nice to have.
- Knowledge/experience of Microsoft Azure applications.
- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Microsoft data engineering / Power BI knowledge is a nice to have.
Knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of SCRUM techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Good analytical skills: You feel comfortable working with numbers/data, e.g. collecting and analysing trend graphs, combining the info with insights from ERP and previous site visits, … to come to a sound conclusion.
- You are fluent in English: both written and spoken.
