Business Analyst and Scrum Master

As a Business Analyst (BA) and Scrum Master at Vaibhav Global Ltd (VGL), Shop TJC Ltd. in Jaipur, you will play a crucial role in managing e-commerce website projects. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a bridge between business needs and technical teams, ensuring the successful implementation of Agile practices in the development of e-commerce solutions. Your duties as a Business Analyst will involve collaborating with stakeholders from internal teams, clients, and vendors to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. You will conduct thorough analyses of e-commerce needs, customer journeys, and business processes, translating these requirements into functional specifications and user stories for the development team. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that all business needs are clearly understood and documented throughout the project lifecycle. Furthermore, you will be responsible for providing expertise in recommending improvements for UI/UX and features that enhance the overall customer experience. Your role will also entail creating detailed documentation, such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, use cases, and wireframes, to support project development and implementation. In your capacity as a Scrum Master, you will lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Your role will involve coaching the team to improve their understanding of Agile principles and self-organization, as well as collaborating with Product Owners to manage the product backlog effectively. Additionally, you will track and report project progress using Agile tools like Jira and Azure DevOps, ensuring timely delivery of increments while upholding a high standard of product quality. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field, with a preference for Scrum Master Certification (CSM). You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master in e-commerce projects, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce and Shopify. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential for success in this position. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation ranging from 10 LPA to 12 LPA yearly and is at Level 3 within the organization. The role is based in Jaipur and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
