Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to gather and analyze business requirements for automation initiatives.
  • Conduct Time & Motion Studies to understand existing workflows and identify areas of improvement.
  • Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Solution Requirement Documents, and Workflow Diagrams.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Create process flow diagrams and wireframes to visualize the current and future state of processes.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and assist in solution implementation.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that automation solutions meet defined requirements.
  • Conduct data mapping and ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation.
  • Analyze problems, propose multiple solutions, and support decision-making through brainstorming and structured thinking.
  • Support the Project Manager in tracking project deliverables and contribute to continuous process improvement efforts.
  • Publish weekly project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.


Qualifications


  • 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in automation or process improvement projects.
  • Strong experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, and time & motion analysis.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Visio, Lucidchart, or other wireframing/process mapping tools.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., RPA platforms) and transformation frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with UAT coordination and stakeholder communication.
