Business Analyst

Position:

As a Graduate Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse data, and support the delivery of efficient processes and systems. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyses data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
• Process Mapping: Create process flows, diagrams, and documentation to improve business operations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
• Testing Support: Assist in testing system changes or new implementations to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and user manuals to support project deliverables.
• Project Support: Provide support to project managers in tracking progress and resolving issues.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (final-year students awaiting results may apply).
• Experience: No prior experience required; internships or academic projects in business analysis, data analysis, or IT are a plus.
• Technical Skills:Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Familiarity with tools like Visio, Jira, or Trello is an advantage.Understanding of databases or SQL is a plus.
• Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities.Eagerness to learn and attention to detail.
