Business Analyst

.Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related functional role.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

• Familiarity with business analysis frameworks, tools, and techniques (a plus).

• Flexible and adaptive mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications.

• Document business needs in comprehensive blueprints and maintain them throughout the project lifecycle.

• Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend effective, scalable solutions.

• Continuously explore opportunities to enhance monitoring, reporting, and data analysis to drive better customer outcomes.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate documentation of findings, process updates, and proposed changes.

• Review and refine business requirements, specifications, and solution proposals for new features or process enhancements.

• Present business cases, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.

• Track project deliverables and ensure milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
