Role Overview:

What Youll Do:

  • Data-Driven Insights

    : Create actionable insights using data to help in improving asset utilization, pricing strategies, planning, asset availability, risk management (collections/recovery & bad debt), driver earnings, etc.
  • Collaboration and Execution

    : Work with central teams to roll out actionable plans, collaborating with data analysts to develop dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Performance Monitoring

    : Monitor and report on the implementation progress, ensuring alignment with data-driven strategies across cities. Define data used to measure progress and create dashboards to monitor progress.
  • Stakeholder Management

    : Communicate effectively with stakeholders, addressing challenges, impact, and timelines proactively.

What Youll Need:

  • Analytical Skills

    : The candidate should have in the past done multiple root cause analysis to solve business problems or translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Google Sheets and SQL Mastery

    : Proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL is a foundational requirement for roles involving data analysis and dashboard creation. This proficiency enables individuals to efficiently manipulate, analyze, and visualize data for informed decision-making.
  • Communication

    : Candidates must communicate clearly and concisely, adapting their message to the audience to explain problems and solutions effectively to various stakeholders. This involves active listening, empathy, and a proactive approach to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned with project goals
