Job Description

Define position overview.

  • Onboarding customers users to use Single Sign On for seamless authorization
  • Be the primary point of contact (POC) for all customer queries, technical discussion regarding SSO onboardings
  • Assist customers during the pre-onboarding and provide necessary instruction to be added in MS Entra, Okta and Duo Security
  • Raise necessary JIRA ticket and track the same effectively
  • Detail the raised the ticket and manage backlog, and prioritize the important tickets in Confluence pages
  • Report, track, all the customer list for the month, quarter and yearly updates and send newsletters to the leadership
  • Effectively communicate with developers, architects, customers, customer engagement teams and improve delivery timeline while meeting targets agreed.
  • Understand authentication and authorization flows regarding Customer and Identity Access Management.

Position Holder is Accountable/Responsible For:

Define accountabilities.

  • Creating detailed and clear requirement specifications to guide development teams in building or configuring CIAM and SSO solutions
  • Aid in evaluating third-party CIAM and SSO vendors, ensuring the selected solutions meet the technical and business requirements of the organization Assist customers to generate HAR file and identity the error and advise accordingly
  • Debug HAR file using Fiddler or other HAR file analyzer
  • Coordinating and conducting testing (e.g., user acceptance testing) to confirm the functionality and performance of SSO solutions.
  • Giving expert advice on how to leverage SSO technologies to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors/ master’s in engineering or business administration, or related field
  • 7 -8 years of previous experience in business analysis, requirement gathering
  • Understanding of MS 365 and OKTA IdP SSO setup.
  • ITIL Process / Jira ticket management.

  • Good Communication skills
  • Handling ticket and escalations
  • JIRA & Confluence
  • MS Azure, Okta, Duo Security, OAuth and Ping Identity
