About the Role:

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and interpret business and product data to uncover trends and opportunities.
Work closely with Product, Growth, and Customer Success teams to define metrics and track performance.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Support business planning and forecasting through quantitative analysis and insights.
Translate complex datasets into simple, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and availability.

What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a
B2B SaaS
organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in
SQL
and
Excel/Google Sheets
.
Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar).
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, retention).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

Good to Have:

Experience with Python/R for data analysis.
Exposure to product analytics tools
Understanding of CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
