Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Generation: Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure for mid-market and enterprise clients Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas Build, manage, and grow a healthy sales pipeline through a mix of inbound and outbound strategies Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer pain points and position Airmeet’s platform as the best-fit solution Deliver product demos, value-based pitches, and proposals to decision-makers Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive upsell and expansion opportunities Collaboration & Feedback Loop: Work closely with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey Share market insights, prospect feedback, and deal blockers to influence product and GTM strategy CRM & Sales Tools: Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities and pipeline status using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce Use data and analytics to track performance and identify areas of improvement Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 3–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a product-based company with at least 1 year selling in US market Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle, especially for mid-market and enterprise accounts Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools Why Join Airmeet?
