About the Role:

Business Development Representative (BDR)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Airmeet’s solutions with a deep understanding of our product and how it solves customer challenges.
  • Generate new leads through HubSpot, outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Nurture warm prospects, qualify inbound leads, and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
  • Conduct research to identify new market segments and potential customers.
  • Understand prospect needs and recommend suitable Airmeet offerings.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with potential customers.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospects and sales executives.
  • Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in CRM and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.
  • Identify and share best practices to refine Airmeet’s lead-generation playbook



What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a

    Business Development Representative (BDR)

    or similar sales role, preferably in

    B2B SaaS

    .
  • Proven track record of exceeding lead generation or pipeline targets.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across phone, email, and video.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to outreach.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn and grow within a sales organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like

    HubSpot

    ,

    Salesforce

    , or similar platforms.
